- Acceptance of orders by Gordon Art Exhibition are subject to the clearance of funds and where applicable authorisation of debit or credit card details. Gordon Art Exhibition reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order.
- No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Gordon Art Exhibition unless, and until an email is sent by Gordon Art Exhibition to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made. For the avoidance of doubt artwork remains the property of The Artist until cleared funds are received in full.
- Overseas customers buying artwork from The Artist accept responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in the respect of importation of any artworks they have ordered.
- In the event of a credit or debit card being used to purchase artwork without the cardholder’s permission the customer shall be obliged to return the artwork.
Copyright
- Copyright of all artworks and images remains with The Artist and in no case may any party reproduce such images.
- All works on this website are copyright protected with all rights reserved, permission for any use including electronic must be granted by The Artist.
- Purchase of an artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the image in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyright image, and distribute copies is retained by the Artist.
Returns of Artwork
- Gordon Art Exhibition is not responsible should any artwork need to be returned.
- The sale of all Artwork is a contract between the Purchaser and the Artist.
- Any work needing to be returned should be negotiated between the Purchaser and the Artist.
